fat burning natural foods - lose fat

I have to lose fat. We're 34 years old male, and I weigh 175 pounds. I would weigh about 160.I am 5′5″. We have been slender however the fat I must lose 's all during my stomach and butt. I'm definitely not very active so exercising and seeing the gym is out with friends.

I want to know what will naturally speed up my metabolism. Natural foods and drinks

As much as we would all like to be able to eat a particular food that will zap fat away from our stomach it just isn’t possible. There is *no way* to “spot target” fat loss from one area of your body; you lose fat simultaneously from all over – period.

As far as diet is concerned, one of the easiest and best things you can do is eat “slow digesting” carbohydrates. Basically, these are foods that hang around in your stomach and take a long time for your body to process so you feel fuller longer! Most also contain fiber which expands in your stomach and leads to feeling full longer. Items in that group include basically any “green” vegetable, oat meal, sweet potatoes, beans, yams, brown rice and whole wheat bread. It might not taste like pizza or a hamburger but these foods are way better for you and will help regulate your weight.

Some foods are thought to have “Thermogenic” properties which actually raise your body temperature. Most recently there is evidence that suggests spicy foods can do this, but obviously if you’re sucking back a burrito covered in cheese and sour cream you’re going to cancel out any benefit from the spice.

Eating so-called “calorie negative” food is not a good approach either. While it takes almost as many calories to digest a food like celery for example as it contains, this doesn’t mean you’ll lose weight or get the proper nutrition from your food. You’re actually better off consuming lean protein, like chicken, turkey and fish – its calorie dense, satiating for your appetite and full of muscle building/maintaining protein.
I totally agree with not taking any “fat burning” pills but one thing you may want to consider is fish oil. It’s completely natural and fish oil contains Omega-3 fatty acid that is linked to all kinds of beneficial effects, including weight loss. The evidence is *clinically* proven not just hand-wavy marking BS. A typical North American diet does not get enough Omega-3.

Regarding being active, remember that everyone that currently is a regular at a gym started out *not* going to the gym at one point – they weren’t born there! You don’t need to go to a gym to get in shape either; you can start doing moderate exercise and work your way up. Running is a fantastic way to drop weight, boost your energy levels and improve your cardio strength. It’s worth a shot and you can start by just taking a jog around the block. I know you bumped it, but seriously consider it; any kind of load bearing exercise such as weight lifting will boost your metabolism up huge, especially working large muscles like your legs, butt, back and chest. Also, once you develop muscle, it becomes easier to keep weight off because muscle burns more calories in a resting state.
